Troubleshooting steps
Make sure that the power is connected properly and the breaker is on
Check the wall isolator and distribution board breaker for the Scrubzone circuit before logging a call.
Make sure the water is switched on
Confirm the water inlet valve is fully open and there is adequate mains pressure (200–600 kPa).
Make sure there is sufficient soap and the pipe is properly inserted
Check the soap container isn't empty and that the soap pipe is seated firmly into the bottle.
Make sure the waste pipe is properly inserted into the solid waste pipe
A loose waste connection can trigger leak protection and stop a cycle from completing.
Make sure the machine is always level
An unlevel machine can affect drainage and sensor accuracy: check the mounting and base.
Make sure settings have been reset after a change
After adjusting cycle time, temperature or soap dosage, confirm the new settings were saved and the unit was restarted.
